From 28th - 29th May 2008, in organization of United Nations Development Programme, the Performance Management Training - “Building ‘best practice’ Balanced Scorecards” was held in Zagreb.  It is a 2-day training seminar on how to design an effective strategic performance management system using 3rd Generation Balanced Scorecard techniques.

From 27th - 29th June 2007, the Association of Management Consultants organized the EFQM European Excellence Assessor Training Course in Zagreb. Training course was organized following a model designed by European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). Along with the existing six certified EFQM European Excellence Assessors, eight additional assessors have been certified in Croatia up until today. By successfully passing all tests, EFQM assessors have joined the worldwide network of "assessors of business excellence". One of the newly certified assessors of business excellence is Gordan Kolak, management consultant from Comitium Ltd.

Four new members of the Association of Management Consultants (AMC) have become Certified Management Consultants - CMC according to the standards of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), among whom is Gordan Kolak, business and management consultant within the Comitium Ltd.
